Train Derailment at Felixstowe

On Tuesday 18th June, a freight train arriving at the Port of Felixstowe was derailed whilst entering the terminal. 

Repairs are being undertaken as parts of the track sustained damage resulting in a reduced rail service out of this area.

There will be more units being transported via the road network, we encourage all clients with goods expected into Felixstowe to book in deliveries as soon as possible to avoid any possible delays.

Neptune is working closely with our haulage providers to limit any impact on deliveries and will ensure you are kept updated on any developments.
