Delays at Calais

Freight traffic at the Euro Tunnel is now experiencing delays of up to 6 hours at the check in points.

Industrial Action by the French Customs Officers has once again caused serious backlogs as they continue with their ‘work-to-rule’ protest which originally began on the 04.03.19.

The Port of Calais has also advised that due to an increased volume of traffic a queue diversion for HGV’s has been arranged before entering the port.

Whist this disruption continues, please consider slightly longer transit times.
